Entering the rainy season, the Chopard L.U.C Chrono One joins the author during a school run. Despite its age, the watch maintains exceptional legibility, sparking a discussion on driving watches.

My Chopard LUC Chrono One, my first notable watch purchase, bears marks from my daughter's teething, adding sentimental value and a unique patina. It represents my watch collecting journey.

LUC Chrono One watch, worn daily for almost 10 years, retains appeal despite signs of wear. Features in-house chronograph movement, flyback operation, long power reserve, reset of running seconds hand. Gained patina including bite marks from daughter, now part of watch's story.

In 2015/6, a top 10 list of watches was created. The LUC HF, part of the original series of 100 with an 8 Hz movement, has become a favorite due to titanium case and leather straps. The movement has a mesmerizing sound. Photos will be shared soon.
